By accessing or using the OnlyFans API services provided by OF-API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including developers, API consumers, and any other parties accessing our services.

OF-API provides:

• Access to OnlyFans platform data through RESTful APIs
• Webhook notifications for real-time events
• Developer tools and documentation
• Technical support based on your subscription plan

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

• Additional charges for overages
• Requirement to upgrade your plan

The Service and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of OF-API. You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Illegal or harmful activities
• At our sole discretion for any reason

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OF-API SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OF-API from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
